Upload or create your gang sheet by clicking the button below! Remember WE DO NOT INSPECT YOUR ART.  Uploading art through the website puts your art directly in the print queue for the next run and it prints as it is submitted.  So make sure you follow all the instructions in the video on how to order! There are 2 places we need notes when you are ordering. When paying put a brief description of the art you are placing in your order. Then once you have paid, make sure to write down your order number. Next you will upload your art, all you need to put in the notes is your order number for that art.

Remember we require 300 dpi resolution and printed color will vary from what is seen on your screen.

Orders must be cancelled by 3pm the day prior to your orders scheduled print day by contacting Custom Thread Art directly email to [email protected] (during business hours). To view and learn about scheduled print days and print queueing please reference the Store Calendar. If you cancel an order within the allotted cancellation time period a refund will be issued to the payment method used in the original transaction. Once the refund has been processed the refund will appear as a credit back to that payment method in 7-10 days. We are not responsible for the time frame your bank or credit company takes to post that credit to your account.  ALL REFUNDS WILL INCUR A SMALL TRANSACTION FEE OF 6%, which means you will be refunded your purchase amount less 6% unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by management.
